Anti-Stripping Bitupave Additive/Modifier

This is a revolutionary Nano technology world class performance anti stripping additive for asphalt mixes that, unlike conventional anti stripping additives, bonds chemically with aggregates creating a lifelong seamless membrane.

XL BITUPAVE can be used to prevent the anti-stripping of the aggregates and bitumen by providing improved bonding and improved stability. It offers other related benefits including utilizing the locally available aggregates, optimizing the binder content thereby saving costs and aiding in the easy compaction of the mix.

XL-Bond is a Nano-Polymer with the capacity to provide a great bonding strength for soil thereby improving load bearing capacity .

It is required to improve and enhance the properties of very loose soil that are considered unsuitable as road bases. When use with XL-Terrasoil, it increase and retain the CBR value of the road bases even in very wet condition.

The XL-Bond is used for waterproofing and bonding of soils. It is particularly recommended for side shoulders and slopes, even though it could be used on road bases, dirt roads, landfills, solar farms. It is also dust suppressant for earth roads and can be used for soil erosion control.  

Here is another NANO TECHNOLOGY based, Eco-friendly and water-soluble water proofing solution that completely eliminate the prevalent incidence of constant expansion and contraction of structures due to absorption and evaporation of water and moisture which lead to deformations and sometimes failures of concretes and buildings. It is a chemistry that penetrates the substrate (walls, blocks, concretes and any cementitious surface) up to 2mm -5mm, engaging in a chemical reaction to transform hydrophilic (water loving) Silica in the substrate into a hydrophobic (water repellent) Siloxane in the structure, and creating a totally waterproof zone deep beneath the surface. This action prevents external water penetration or internal ingress due to capillary-rise action.

The XL-SIL is water soluble, UV and heat stable product with the following properties. It;

This product is a water soluble, UV and heat stable, reactive soil modifier which has the ability to retain the strength of road bases whilst also resistant to deformation. It is typically used on shoulders, slopes, embankments, road bases, and earth roads. It is also used for erosion control.
